This part of the visual test consists of a few methods that are used to determine the power of your spectacles or contact lenses. It is a valuable tool in determining successful contact lens fitting.

Fluorescein is a bright colour dye that is used to investigate the exterior surface of the eye. It is used to detect dry eyes, corneal abrasions and foreign bodies. It is also used in contact lens fitting.
